Beech Manor, Lake Windermere
Luxury Property Video | Windermere, Lake District
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Filmed From Day Into Dusk.
A luxury property video for Beech Manor in Windermere, for AshdownJones, one of the Lake District’s biggest estate agents. The house is on the market at £7,500,000.
We filmed through a summer evening, from 6pm until 11pm, so the house could be seen in daylight, through dusk and lit up after dark. Then we came back the next morning to finish. The result was a cinematic property film, a wide FPV drone tour through the house and grounds, and a vertical cut for social media. Phil, the director at AshdownJones, loved it, and the vendor was really pleased too.
